Room Reading

Photographs of an existing room in, one keep / strip / alter diagram out, drawn in your own style. Your AI reads the photos. You make every decision.

Before this page

  1. Photograph one room: 6–10 photos. Note which way you faced for each one, and tape one dimension (a wall, a window or a door).
  2. Paste the instructions into a Claude or ChatGPT project, or a Gemini Gem. Add the photos. Your AI writes room.json: a sketch plan and one row for every wall, opening, fixed element and finish.
  3. Fill in your interior style card once.

First time: leave the decisions empty. Everything draws grey. Fill keep, strip or alter in the register you download, then bring it back here.

Now decide. Open the register, write keep, strip or alter against each row, and say why in the note. Bring it back in step 1 and draw again. Undecided is drawn grey, never as keep.
